Temporary Loan Program

Only applicable to selected products
(Washer)
• Products that are unable to be rectified within two business days on site or by 2nd visit shall be eligible for a loan set
• A refundable deposit of $200 applies to selected products with expired warranty
• Loan sets are subject to stock availability
• We will arrange for a loan set on the earliest possible date through our Customer Service Department
• Cash or Cheque should be made payable to ‘Mayer Marketing Pte Ltd’ upon delivery where applicable
7 Days 1 to 1 Exchange Policy

Applicable to all products
• Products due to manufacturer’s defects that cannot be rectified shall be eligible for an exchange
• Products due to functional defects that can be rectified on site shall not be eligible for an exchange
• Products exchange is subject to stock availability
• Accessories are not included
• We reserve the rights to exchange for an alternative model of similar or lower value

Home Measurement Services
• Measurement for all products (hobs, hoods, ovens, refrigerators, washers, dryers, turbo dishdryers and dishwashers)
• A chargeable fee of $30 applies and is only refundable if customer makes a purchase
• Applicable only on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and subject to time availability
• Cash payment only

Maintenance Guide
• Oven (Excluding Microwave)
- Clean enameled or stainless steel parts with damp cloth, follow by dry cloth
- Check condition and clean the rubber seal of door opening
- Check working condition of light bulbs
- Check adequate air ventilation. No back panel blockage is highly recommended
- Clean external surface with a damp cloth. Stainless steel polisher shall apply if necessary

• Tumble Dryer
- Check adequate ventilation for air intake at the rear
- Check damages and clear chokage of outlet vent hose
- Check and clean fluff filter inside the drum
- Clean exterior surfaces with damp cloth. Stainless steel polisher shall apply if necessary

• Washing Machine
- Check condition and clean the rubber seal of door opening
- Clean external surface with a damp cloth
- Check damaged and choked water inlet/outlet hose
- Check and clear water pump chokage and damages
- Check chokage and clean detergent dispenser

3 Months Storage
• We will store items ordered up to a maximum of 3 months after which a monthly chargeable storage fees of $40 will apply.
