Question: Where can you deliver the products to?
Answer:

  1. Mayer.sg will only accept orders that are delivered to addresses within mainland Singapore including areas in our "Restricted Area List".
  2. Mayer.sg reserves the right to decline delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

  1. Delivery within Singapore will take within 7 working days upon order submission & confirmation.

  2. At Mayer.sg, we make every effort to deliver your order on your requested time slot; however, if the delivery cannot be made within the time slot, our logistics provider will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

Question: What if the items received is not in good condition during delivery?

Answer: We will ensure that all merchandise are sufficiently wrapped and delivered in proper packaging.


Question: Can I change my delivery address after my order has been confirmed?
