|Alkaline water||1 tbsp|

1/ Wash rice & soak for 4 hours. Drain add in alkaline water & soak for 1 hour.
2/ Steam coconut with 1/4 tsp salt, set aside
3/ Tear banana leaves into 1/2 strips, boils in water till soft. Dry with cloth.
4/ Drain the rice & put in a bowl. Wrap banana leaves into cone shape fill with 2 tbsp of rice & press to flatten the rice.
5/ Fold the open downwards to form a triangle fasten with tooth pick to prevent it from opening during cooking
6/ Put in Mayer Pressure Cooker water level 7 press menu "BEANS/TENDONS" to start.
7/ When cook, drain & cool, serve with coconut & gula melaka syrup.
