I have tried a few times, using ways suggested by one chefs on using stainless steel rice cooker.
Turned out, rice still stuck to the bottom of pot and doesn’t come out fluffy.
Only if I used rice net then the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom. And I realised I have to use less water than the traditional way of hand measurement.
I’m not a newbie in cooking.
