Our service centre is located at 71 Ubi Crescent, Excalibur Centre, #06-02 Singapore 408571.

What is your service centre's working hours?

Monday to Friday: 9 am – 6 pm

Saturday: 9 am –12 pm

Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed

How do I get to the service centre?

Nearest MRT Station – Ubi (Downtown Line)

By Walking

Alight at Ubi station, take Exit B. Turn right and cross the traffic; you will see the 3024 Building on your left side. Continue walking straight for 300m until the end of the road, you shall see HOKI Canteen at your right (Excalibur Center); we are here in Unit #06-02, 6th Floor.

By Bus

  1. Alight at Ubi station, take Exit B. Turn left to the bus stop (ID 71121), take bus 137 and alight at Paya Ubi Ind Pk (ID 71201), Excalibur Center is opposite the bus stop.
  2. Alight at MacPherson MRT, take Exit A/E, walk to the bus stop (ID 70371) and take bus 63; alight Opposite Paya Ubi Ind Pk (ID 71209), Excalibur Center is right around the corner.

Can I walk-in to purchase spare parts for my Mayer/Mistral products?

Customers are advised to call our customer service hotline at +65 6542 8383 or e-mail us at mayer.enquiry@mayer.sg to check spare part stock availability & pricing before visiting our service centre.

Can I purchase spare parts from any of your showrooms?

No, all the spare parts are only available in our UBI service centre.

Do you provide delivery for spare parts purchases?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver spare parts. Kindly visit our UBI service centre to purchase.

Can I purchase an extended warranty?

We do not have this option at the moment.

What are the available in-store payment methods?

We accept Cash, Visa/MasterCard, NETS, GrabPay, ShopBack, KrisPay, FavePay, Atome & Alipay.

Can I repair my Mayer/Mistral appliances even if it is over warranty?

Yes, there will be charges implied for labour and repaired parts. Customers are advised to call our customer service hotline on +65 6542 8383 regarding the repair charges and more relevant information.

What is the Top/Bottom heat function of the Mayer oven?

Top/Bottom heating is the most effective setting when baking or roasting on a single level.

What is the Convection function of the Mayer oven?

The convection function makes the air circulate efficiently and evenly around the oven for uniform results, even when baking on two levels.

How do I know if I need to change my Mayer hot water dispenser filter?

Customers are advised to replace the filter every 2-3 months for optimal results. The filter can be purchased online from our website www.mayer.sg.

My air fryer timer knob has broken; can I get a replacement for it?

Yes, you can. However, customers are advised to call our customer service hotline at +65 6542 8383 or e-mail us at mayer.enquiry@mayer.sg to check spare part stock availability & pricing before visiting our service centre.

My fan is not working. Can I exchange it for a new set?

During the warranty period, repairs will be provided unless the product is irreparable or lacks spare parts. Only under such circumstances will a one-to-one exchange be offered.

How do I set up my newly purchased air cooler?

Why do I need to pay a labour fee for my fan when it’s within the 8-year motor warranty?

We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty and an additional 8-year warranty for the main motor.

Why my fan accessories are not covered under a two-year full warranty?

Accessories are categorised as consumables and are not part of the mechanical system. As a result, they are not covered by the warranty.

How to maintain a honeycomb filter in an air cooler?

You can remove the honeycomb filter and place it under the hot sun for airing. The customer is advised not to wash or soak the honeycomb filter in water. In the event of accidental exposure to water, please ensure to air it under the hot sun until thoroughly dried before placing it back into the cooler.

How do I pair my D’Fan ceiling fan with remote control?

Pairing is required every time the user replaces the battery/remote control. Kindly refer to the image below for the pairing procedure for different Models.

How can I register for a free baking demo class?

For all sign up for in-home demos (MMDO15P and/or MMSO17-RG), customers are required to send an e-mail to baking@mayer.sg with details below, along with an attachment of invoice/receipt/delivery order in PDF format or high-res image.
